Application Details:

• Application Methods: Seajet 032 Professional can be applied using a brush, roller, or spray (professional use only), allowing flexibility depending on the project scope.
• Coverage Rate: Theoretical spreading rate is approximately 9.2 m² per liter, ensuring efficient coverage and optimal film thickness.

Preparation Requirements:

• High-pressure washing (±200 bar) is necessary to clean the surface.

• Existing antifouling in good condition must be checked for compatibility. If compatible, apply directly; if not, use Seajet 015 as a barrier coat.

• Substrates must be dry and free from contaminants.

• For new applications:

  • GRP/Steel: Sand with P100 abrasive paper, remove dust, and apply Seajet 015 or Seajet 117.

  • Wood: Sand with P100 abrasive paper, remove dust, and apply Seajet 015.

  • Not suitable for aluminum surfaces.

Usage Tips:

Mixing: Stir thoroughly until a uniform consistency is achieved before application.

Drying Times:

• Surface dry in 1 hour at 20°C.

• Hard dry in 5 hours at 20°C.

• Minimum overcoating interval is 7 hours at 20°C.

• Maximum overcoating interval is unlimited.

Launch Timing: Maximum immersion time after application is 6 months.
